State Tuition Reimbursement Program
Note: You must pay up front and will be reimbursed at the end of semester after submitting transcripts showing you’ve maintained at least a 2.0 GPA. You must submit transcripts immediately after the semester is completed!

- Subject title of email must state: “[Your Full Name]; FALL 2013 (or current semester); STRP” with attachments from checklist:
- Completed Application
- Completed and signed School Notification & Financial Aid Release Form
- Degree Plan
- Itemized invoice including charges for tuition, fees & other financial aid amounts received
- Financial Aid awards such as Pell Grant/FAFSA and GI Bill CH 33 (when applicable). Army National Guard Soldiers are to submit FTA Vouchers (if applicable).
- Class Schedule
