Mr. Abelardo Moya joined the UTSA ARMY ROTC program as the Battalion S-4 in the fall of 2010. In this role, he serves as the subject matter expert in Property Book and Budget Management.

Experience: He comes to the ROTC program with 16+ years Logistics, and Budget management experience. His past experiences includes 6 years active duty Army, 3 years Department of Defense and 7 years with Cadet Command. As a result of my skills, experience and education I am capable of significantly increasing revenue by implementing innovative, proven management, motivational and logistical management techniques.

Interests: “Spending as much time with my wife (16 years of marriage) and 3 kids (2 boys and a girl) as I can.”
